Separations and Retirements

Members who intend to Separate, Retire, or Transfer to Fleet Reserve can find the required paperwork by contacting your installation's Personnel Support Detachment.

Please review carefully and complete your package within 90 days prior to approved separation, travel, or terminal leave date.
