Rear Admiral Nancy S. Lacore

Rear Adm. Nancy Lacore, a native of Albany, New York, is a 1990 graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts and her commission from the Reserve Officer Training Corps program. She earned a Master of Arts from San Diego State University and is a graduate of the Air Command and Staff College and the National Defense University at the Joint Forces Staff College. She was designated a Naval Aviator in 1993.

Captain Grahame Dicks

Chief of Staff, Naval District Washington

A native of La Canada, California, CAPT Dicks was commissioned in May 1996 and upon completion of flight training in June 1998, was designated a naval aviator and selected to fly the SH-60B Seahawk.

Command Master Chief Andrew J. Hochgraver

Command Master Chief, Naval District Washington

Master Chief Petty Officer Andrew J. Hochgraver is a native of Chicago, Illinois. He enlisted in the United States Navy in July 2000 and attended basic training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes, Illinois. Upon completion of basic training, he attended Basic Engineering Common Core School and Engineman "A" School at Naval Station Great Lakes, Illinois.

Ms. Rae Sullivan

Executive Director, Naval District Washington

Ms. Sullivan joined Naval District Washington as Executive Director in November 2020. In this capacity, she serves as the principal advisor to the Region Commander, responsible for policy, strategy, governance, and business management across the region. As the senior civilian, she leads more than 300 Naval District Washington employees and 3,400 region employees.
