The Region Legal Service Office (RLSO), Naval District Washington, is a customer-service organization providing legal services to Midshipmen, active duty service members and their dependents, reservists on active duty for 30 days or more, and retirees, as resources permit. The RLSO attorney can help eligible clients with legal assistance matters including (but not limited to) divorce, child custody, landlord-tenant disputes, immigration, and drafting wills.

For a telephonic appointment, call the USNA Staff Judge Advocate's Office (410-293-1564) to obtain and submit intake forms and arrange an in-person ID check to ensure eligibility. The appointment will then be scheduled through JBAB office.

Notary and power of attorney service are available on a walk-in basis from 0800 to 1600 daily. Please call first to ensure availability.
