DEERS ID Card Office at NSA Bethesda

The DEERS ID Card office at NSA Bethesda serves eligible DoD and DoD dependent ID card holders with issuance, renewal, and PIN reset of Common Access Cards (CAC). For expedited service, customers are strongly encouraged to make an appointment at the link below. Walk-ins are usually available on a first-come, first-served basis. (Please call ahead to see if walk-ins are available.)

Schedule your DEERS ID Card appointment online at: 

0730 to 1500, Monday through Friday.
The office is closed on weekends, Federal holidays, and during OPM-directed closures.
