Captain Christopher J. Schwarz graduated from Washington State University and holds a master’s degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College in Newport, RI.

Deputy Commanding Officer, NSA Annapolis
A native of Quakertown, Pennsylvania, Michael “Mike” Coury graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in May 1985. In 1986, he received his naval flight officer wings and reported to Tactical Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 129 for training in the EA-6B Prowler. He has earned graduate degrees in Aviation Systems from the University of Tennessee in 1994, and National Security and Strategic Studies (honor graduate) from the Naval War College in Newport, R.I. in 2001.
CMDCS Eugene Smith

Command Senior Chief, NSA Annapolis
Senior Chief Smith, a native of Albany, Georgia, enlisted in the U.S. Navy in February 2003, and after boot camp at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Illinois he attended Seamanship Apprenticeship Training School in Great Lakes, Illinois. He is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy course 227 (Orange) and CMC/COB #23080
