For the health and safety of our tenants, residents, visitors and staff, Fleet and Family Support Center's offices are providing their wide range of services online and by phone only, until further notice.

The Family Readiness division consists of the Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC) and Child and Youth Programs (CYP).

The Fleet and Family Support Center provides services such as relocation assistance, new parent support, deployment services, clinical counseling services, financial management counseling, family employment services, family advocacy and the transition assistance programs.

The FFSC is open Monday through Friday from  7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Callers can reach the FFSC at 202-685-0229.

Sexual Assualt Prevention and Response (SAPR)

Go to http://SafeHelpline.org to receive live, one-on-one confidential help with a trained professional through a secure instant messaging format.

Call the telephone hotline at 877-995-5247 to speak with Safe Helpline staff for personalized advice and support. Safe Helpline staff also can transfer callers to installation-based sexual assault response coordinators, on-call victim advocates, civilian rape crisis centers or to the Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

Text your location to 55247 inside the United States or 202-470-5546 outside of the United States to receive automated contact information for the sexual assault response coordinator at their installation or base. A Sexual Assault Victim Advocate may be assigned to assist you.

Child and Youth Programs

Child and Youth Programs provides services including Child Development Centers, the Child Development Home Program, Youth and Teen Centers, School Age Care, instructional/leisure classes and the School Liaison Officer Program.
