Reporting Housing Issues at NSA Bethesda

At NSA Bethesda, we're committed to ensuring your safety, and to the comfort of the residents who live here.

If you have issues in your barracks room or your housing here at NSA Bethesda that you haven’t been able to get fixed, we’d like the opportunity to make sure it’s addressed.

Below you’ll find instructions on how to resolve issues in unaccompanied housing and Lincoln Housing homes at NSA Bethesda.

While we are constantly tracking the conditions of our buildings, it’s important to note we cannot address individual problems or concerns unless you share them with us.

Please use this process to your benefit.

UNACCOMPANIED HOUSING - ISSUE REPORTNG PROCESS:

Step 1:  Log your issue into the service log at the front desk and report the issue to front desk staff.

Step 2:  For after-hours emergencies, contact central billeting (front desk of Bldg.62) at 301-400-0200 to report the problem.

Step 3: If the issue isn't addressed or the emergency isn't handled, contact the duty Resident Advisor at 301-385-4734.

For ALL Unaccompanied Housing issues, make sure to follow-up throughout the process. If the issues remain after following these steps, contact your command leaders and let them know so they can inform the NSA Bethesda leadership team.
