The mission of NSA Bethesda's Security Department is to provide the programs, processes and procedures that are required, necessary, and designed to protect military members, civilian employees, visitors, family members, facilities, and equipment on the installation.  This is accomplished through planned and integrated application of law enforcement, anti-terrorism activities, training, physical security and operations security.  We are committed to these core competencies of Force Protection, and work to achieve our mission through teamwork and commitment to those we protect and defend.
